#Noodlelifting all day, err day! 💪🏼🍲 This collagen-rich, umami tonkotsu broth at @sumobarhappy is da bomb.💥 I almost finished the bowl of broth with the ramen before I got started on the meats.

My fav beef topping has to be the boneless short rib and Nagano pork char siew! I wanna try the Bone-In Short Rib Ramen, Mazemen (@jooaanneel, come back SG with me!!) and Signature Sliders the next trip. Will be back with a sumo-sized empty stomach to conquer the free flow eggs! 🤤
